Pita bread with chicken souvlaki

Regular pita bread

Preparation

We spread olive oil on the chicken souvlaki, sprinkle with
salt & pepper and bake it in the oven for 20-25’, at 200°C.
We heat the ELVIART Regular Pitas Breads until golden brown.
Once they are ready, we put the souvlaki on top of them, add lettuce, tomato, onions,
yogurt sauce and get ready to enjoy a classic taste of Greece.
