Mr. Marios Kaloidas gets full control of ELVIART

The president of the company owns 68% of shares, after purchasing 32% from his partner. The rest 32% belongs now to Mr. Marios’s son, George.

On Friday, June 28th 2013, Mr. Marios Kaloidas and his son George purchased the shares of Mr. Basil Kaloidas and Mr. Evagelos Kolios, respectively.

Mr. Marios Kaloidas remains as President of the company and Mr. George M. Kaloidas was appointed Chief Executive Officer.
