Preparation

Sprinkle the vegetables with a little olive oil and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

If we like, we spread olive oil on the ElVIART Pita with Whole Wheat Flour and bake it for 1-2 minutes in a pan or oven.

We cut grilled vegetables like carrots, tomatoes and peppers in a little bar and an onion in rolls.

We fold the grilled vegetables in the pita bread and we garnish with yoghurt sauce and parsley.
