In the internal quality control department, our products are checked at all stages of production, from the raw materials and the production process to final products and distribution.<\/p>\n

Specifically, we have been certified by the relevant bodies for the Food Safety Management System in accordance with IFS, ISO 22000:2018 and HALAL, which are based on the HACCP principles. These certified systems are applied by our scientific staff, with rigorous checks being undertaken on all production lines to ensure full hygiene, safety and quality for our products.<\/p>\n

Our staff are systematically trained in safety and hygiene issues, both to ensure we produce quality products and to ensure they are fully protected.<\/p>\n

In addition, we constantly invest in our staff’s knowledge. As part of this, we are always on the lookout for fresh ideas, shapes, flavours and uses for our products. We employ testing and research, so we can develop our products and create innovative new types of pita bread which meet the needs of the wholesale, retail and souvlaki restaurant markets.<\/p>\n
